Automation Panel 800
The newest generation of fully closed display units, the Automation Panel 800 offers the highest degree of flexibility. Mounting on swing arm systems allows the operator panel to be placed at the most ergonomically convenient position – a decisive advantage for the comfortable operation of the machine. Optimal user guidance All Automation Panel 800 devices are equipped with a touch screen. This allows even complex processes to be handled intuitively. The Automation Panel 800 can also be outfitted with additional function keys that allow the legend sheets to be individually labeled. Flexible expansions Automation Panel 800 devices allow flexible expansions. Key modules with function keys, illuminated ring keys and E-stop turn the Automation Panel into a building block that can be fit to any application. Industrial design The Automation Panel is extremely flat, allowing it to be attached anywhere on the machine. The surface of the housing is coated with a very resistant paint.
Automation PC 800
The latest PC architecture in the AC810, in combination with the high-performance Core™2 Duo processors, ensures that automation and visualization systems with the highest demands run optimally. The Intel 945 GM chipset contains the Graphics Media Accelerator GMA950, which supports a number of 2D and 3D graphics functions. The two DDR2 RAMs are designed with Dual Channel technology and are connected to the CPU via a high-speed 667 MHz front-side bus. The maximum memory size is 3 gigabytes. Thanks to PCI and PCI Express slots, the APC810 is well-equipped for all current and future demands.
Panel PC 300
The Panel PC 300 expands the Automation Panel 900 to include embedded PCs. The Panel PC insert contains a complete PC design, based on a 500 MHz processor. Complete product range With 256 MB or 512 MB SDRAM, Ethernet 10/100 and a serial interface, the Panel PC 300 is perfectly suited for applications in Windows® CE and Windows® XP embedded. The Automation Panel's onboard USB 2.0 interfaces are also supported by the Panel PC 300 insert. The Panel PC 300 makes it possible for the user to also use the Automation Panel 900 for applications that do not require the computing power of an APC620 or APC 810. Of course, custom Automation Panels can also be equipped with the Panel PC 300 insert. Fan-free The Panel PC 300 insert was designed for operation without a fan. Together with the CompactFlash card, it functions without any rotating parts, which plays a deciding role in minimizing maintenance cycles.
Power Panel Integrated Control, Operation, and Visualization
The compact and intelligent Power Panel devices are the first choice for automating small to mid-sized machines and systems with maximum component density. Power Panel 300 BIOS Power Panel 300 devices with BIOS are set up for use with Windows® CE or Windows® XP embedded. This allows these devices to be used universally with standard SCADA packages as Web terminals or thin clients.

The Bread Moulder MAX 3BX
It will roll and roll and roll… and always as gentle as one does by hand When it comes to sheeting and moulding, the MAX 3B bread moulder handles the dough very gentle. Therefore it will be suitable for a great variety of goods. Gentle, because the dough is sheeted through several pairs of rollers before it sheets to the required size. In this way you achieve a very fine structure and an optimum elasticity. For the best quality there is a moulding track of about 3.000 mm. When combined with a conveyor belt width of 600 mm, the MAX 3B bread moulder is excellent for making small French sticks and plaits in the weight range of 150-2.000 grams. Frame, covering and all carrying parts are made of stainless steel. It is not only made to lost, but it is also made in such a clever way that cleaning the machine is reduced to a minimum, as the housing of the rollers can be removed. All rollers are teflon coated and the pressure board is made from special non-stick synthetic material. So: Keep on rollin! Technical data Max. hourl capacity ca. 2.400 pcs. Max. hourl capacity ca. 150-2.000 g Conveyor belt width 400/600 ca. 460/600 mm Maximum moulding length ca. 3.000 mm Capacity 1,1 kw Width 400/600 ca. 800/1.000 mm Length 400/600 ca. 2.000 mm Height 400/600 ca. 1.550 mm
The Computer Control MASTER
Fully in control of your system The MASTER computer control manages all machines that are integrated in the system - this is an unique thing on artisan breadsystems. From the dough weight checking to the bread moulder settings, all parameters are established for the various types of bread. You choose the name of the bread and the entire breadsystem will then provide the machinery settings required to make that particular recipe. A weight checker is connected to the control unit. The advantage is that the dough pieces as they are set in the recipe are compared with the actual weights and when they do not match this is automatically corrected. This also applies to all settings of both the conical dough rounder and the bread moulder, for which rollers and pressure board are set for each type of bread. To start production, it will therefore only be necessary to choose of the number of the required doughrecipe: You can believe us – this investment will pay for itself in no time.
The Conical Dough Rounder ALLROUNDER 3B
Truly all-round The ALLROUND 3B conical dough rounder lives up to its name: it can be used for all kinds of bread – from wheat to rye. Everything will become perfectly round. With the different individual adjustments the ALLROUND 3B will fully adapt to the characteristics of your dough. You can adjust the speed of the cone as well as the air supply (warm/cold). The cone can also be oiled to avoid sticking of the dough. The adjustable oil injection system regulates the exactly required amount of oil spraying on the cone. So, oil accumulation and the tearing of the dough pieces are therefore a thing of the past. So you see, the ALLROUND 3B conical dough rounder is truly all-round. Technical data Working length of the ALLROUND 360 ca. 3.600 mm Working length of the ALLROUND 620 ca. 6.200 mm Weight range ca. 100-2.000 g Capacity 1,1 kW Width ALLROUND 360/620 ca. 950/1.200 mm Length ALLROUND 360/620 ca. 950/1.200 mm Height ALLROUND 360/620 ca. 1.300/1.550 mm
The Dough Divider SOFT 3B
Heavy-duty, but gentle if it comes to dough handling. Due to continuous development work, the SOFT 3B dough divider meets all requirements of a modern bakery. The main advantage is in the unique und effident dividing process: it is not spring controlled, but by an oil-pressure unit, which adapts to the dough consistency und minimizes the stress to the product. The result: dough with long fermentation times und a high water percentage of up to 80 per cent can be processed with the SOFT 3B easily. And that with an hourly capacity of 650 to 3.000 off und a weight range of 50 to 2.000 grams! And when work is (nearly) done, you can look forward to an extremely short cleaning time of two to three minutes. lt makes work look like fun! And with regard to the life span, hygiene und reliability you must be pleased to know that the frame, the housing und carrying parts are made of stainless steel it is really heavyduty und it provides a very gentle dough handling.
