Construction Air Tools
CT3 to CT125 - 3 to 42.5 kg CompAir's comprehensive range of air tools provide the correct tool for the application, be it chipping hammers for light duty demolition work, hammer drills capable of drilling the hardest concrete or pneumatic breakers for heavy duty applications. Continuing investment in the latest design of manufacturing tools and rigorous implementation of ISO 9002 approved quality systems ensures you take delivery of a high quality reliable product. Simplicity and Reliability The range of tools, while delivering harder hitting power require less maintenance and parts. Major body parts are machined on the latest CNC equipment to precise manufacturing tolerances from drop forged alloy steel. The resulting reliability and durability ensure that CompAir tools have many years of trouble free operation. Maximum operator protection Vibration reduced models prevent as much as 85% of vibrations from being transmitted from the tool to the user, providing protection from such hazards as vibration white finger. These lightweight machines have been designed to withstand the extreme demands of the plant hire industry. Legislation and guidelines On the 25th June 2002, Directive 2002/44/EC on the minimum health and safety requirements regarding the exposure of workers to the risks arising from physical agents (vibration) was published in the official Journal of the European Communities. This directive specifies an action level of 2.5 m/s2 and a limit level of 5 m/s2 for each other hand arm vibration exposure, based on the sum of 3-axes vibration - often referred to as 'root-sum-of-squares','rss' or 'vector sum' and came into force throughout the EEC from 6th July 2005.

Oil-injected Rotary Screw Compressors L & LSR Series
Our new range of Oil-injected rotary screw compressors is based on a modular design. In this way we have the flexibility to offer our customers what they want. The modular manufacturing approach we have designed into our new compressor range, gives maximum flexibility so that your cost expectations are met. You can take a standard machine, and add an integrated dryer and an SR variable drive system, or for premium efficiency, a larger air-end. Efficiency, reliability, economy and quality without compromise All rotary screw compressors can be sized to suit the required output, and can be driven by either a fixed speed drive motor or our innovative switched reluctance drive system. The volume flow can be precisely controlled to meet your continually changing demands. This ensures that you use only the energy required to do the job and no more. The CompAir LSR series of rotary screw compressors incorporate a variable speed switched reluctance drive system of outstanding efficiency. These compressors offer the ability to precisely match power consumption with air demand. Maximum efficiency at any level of demand cuts energy costs and saves money. This is achieved by varying the speed of the drive motor with a level of efficiency which cannot be matched by any other conventional variable speed drive systems.

Chain Conveyor RL-RM / 40-1000 TPH
Cimbria chain conveyors are supplied in easily assemble modular sections, in galvanised plate, alternatively a painted finish can be supplied for types RL/RM 3-12, or hot dip galvanised for types RL 14-16. The conveyors are also available with a wide range of accessories
Dry Stoners TS 90-S / 2.5-5 TPH
The granular material to be separated is taken to the table deck (in its conveying direction) through an adjustable spring-actuated flap. Depending on the grain size, the deck surface, with its adjustable inclination of 6-15°, is covered by a fine-meshed or a large-meshed wire cloth, through which is a steady and adjustable airflow is aspirated. The combined effect of the vibrating movement and of the air passing through the deck causes an arranging in layers of the material flowing in (fluidization). The heavy admixtures sink towards the bottom and are moved to the highest point of the table deck surface (stone outlet) by the contact with the rough deck covering.
Dryer Top
Material The top can be supplied in either: 2 mm aluminium sheets according to DIN 1725-part 1 or 2 mm galvanised steel plate according EN 10142. Top Section The top section is delivered with an inlet flange see type in table 1. The flange is located centrally at the top section. Furthermore the top section is supplied with an inspection hatch (500 x 540 mm) and a stand for level meters.
Gravity Separator GA 31 / 0.5-2.0 TPH
The deck is fluidised by a completely uniform pressurised air system stratifying the light material to the top of the product bed and allowing the heavy material to contact the deck surface. The deck is inclined from side to side and inlet end to discharge end at adjustable angles.

Checker
New Checker 252! Checker 252 adds new software sensors that verify height, width, and diameter and deliver reliable pass/fail results on high-speed production lines. The new Checker 252 model has been added to our award-winning Checker vision sensor product line. In addition to all the inspection capabilities of the Checker 232, the 252 model adds new sensors to verify height, width and diameter, making pass/fail measurement verification simple and reliable. Key to the simplicity of the Checker 252 is its One-Click Setup™. By simply clicking on the center of the part feature to be inspected, an image of a familiar caliper appears and locks on the edges of the part feature, sets the minimum and maximum thresholds, and learns edge polarity…all automatically. Checker 200 Series The simple, powerful vision sensors from Cognex The Checker 200 series are all-in-one vision sensors with built-in lighting and a variable working distance, capable of inspecting over 6,000 parts per minute — all in a package small enough to fit into tight spaces. They pack a host of new advantages into a small size. Inspects features that other sensors cannot. Checker actually understands what your part looks like. Inspects unlimited multiple part features simultaneously with a single Checker. Overcomes varying part positions. Parts on a line typically vary in position, and Checker tracks all of them without requiring precise part handling. Detects a part by finding an actual part feature. This provides extremely reliable part detection unattainable with photoelectric sensors. Most Checker models are available with the Cognex SensorViewTM 350, a compact, industrial, panel-mount display. Models Checker 200 Ideal for Part Detection, over 6000 parts per minute Checker 201 All the features of Checker 200, plus unique inspection software sensors Checker 202 All the features of Checker 201, plus Ladder Logic for custom inspections Checker 232 All the features of Checker 202, plus functions to inspect smaller features and a wider field of view. 1,500 parts per minute Checker 252 All the features of Checker 232, plus new sensors to verify height, width and diameter
