2D/3D CNC Transfer Systems
Our state-of-the-art control concept allows for a highly dynamic, programmable drive by the use of servo driven motors. Linear induction motors for example give a high degree of rigidity and accuracy and make this device a pinnacle of modern technology. This results in a significant increase in the stroke rate and a higher part yield. The spectrum of transfer systems includes single-slide transfer systems as well as 2D/3D double-slide transfers. The standard forms of transfer systems manufactured by H&T ProduktionsTechnologie can be integrated into new presses as well as retrofitted into existing equipment.
Metal Bellow Machines
Metal bellows are used for the most diverse applications in the manufacturing of compensators, oscillating decouplers, seal and coupling elements. Metal Bellows are manufactured by means of different technologies, dependent on size, form and required cycle time. H&T ProduktionsTechnologie is the only European company that can cover the entire spectrum of manufacturing technologies for metal bellows. This includes: hydraulic pressing machines for the manufacturing of high volumes in dimensions up to 250 mm (10") in diameter machines for the forming of single convolutions in dimensions up to 1600 mm (63") in diameter by mechanical expanding machines for the forming of single convolutions for metal bellows up to 250 mm (10'') in diameter by elastomer forming machines for the forming of single convolutions for metal bellows up to 5000 mm (197") in diameter by rollforming For detailed information, our team is at your disposal anytime.
MultiServoPress
§ the idea, § Revolutionary press drive that combines the advantages of mechanical and hydraulical drive principles in an excellent way. § the result, § high basic system rigidity § sovereign precision in all operating modes and loadings by ram parallelism- and positioning control § arbitrary ram motion functions, stroke heights and stroke positions § the possibilities... § maximum press force at zero speed § force or position controlled operating modes § uniform spread of forming forces across the stroke range - smoothing of force peak values § active adaptability of the work speed to an optimal forming process § careful tool treatment in face of efficiency increase § minimization of sound and vibration emissions § potentialities in development of new technologies
Press refurbishment
After many years of experience in the operation of transfer presses by US-Baird and Platarg, H&T ProduktionsTechnologie has specialised in maintenance and refurbishment of presses from these manufacturers. We are capable of replacing all components of the machines (mechanics, controls, feed, transfer, tool monitoring etc.) with our own tested developments, thus changing the machines to state-of-the-art and providing further long-term use with a high utilisation ratio. We are pleased to advise you and make an offer for modernising your press, custom-tailored according to your specific requirements.
Transfer Presses
The mass production of small, close tolerance drawn components requires high-precision manufacturing machines and short production times. The process-tailored motion characteristics of the ram drive allows more than 300 strokes per minute. The presses cover the nominal press forces 250 kN, 320 kN and 500 kN. In addition, higher capacity pressing forces can be achieved with specially developed crank presses. The ram strokes and transfer pitches are variable along the entire range of press sizes. A specially developed feed mechanism with an x- and y-directional motion allows precise positioning of the unworked material, which results in the optimal utilisation of materials.

Continuous Lead Extruder
The modern Hansson-Robertson Lead Extruder is comprised of several main components/units that are easy to connect and install. Indeed we have had many customers over recent years that have installed commissioned equipment and trained personnel in as little as 3 weeks.
CRX BATTERIES PRODUCED
A large batch of batteries incorporating the CRX technology was successfully produced in late 2007. The thinner and profiled lead strip extruded in the CRX processed through an existing factory line with no tweaking. The result was batteries with reduced weight and cost due to substantial material savings and less operator handling due to less material waste. The batteries performance equals that of batteries with heavier traditionally produced grids and passed the industry standard quality and life span tests with excellent results.

Water quality analyzer
”On-site” means measuring Ammonium and Phosphate in the tank. The main advantage is that short sample paths give quick, undistorted results. This is the idea behind the new digital analyser generation from HACH LANGE—AMTAX sc and PHOSPHAX sc. The concept is a practical, logical extension of the proven AMTAX and PHOSPHAX series. It combines all the advantages: the high precision of an analyser and the simplicity of a probe.

Cable Test Termination up to 100kV
KEV series oil-insulated cable test terminations are used for AC testing as well as for PD testing on extruded insulation medium voltage cables. KEV series is available for rated voltages up to 100kV
Coupling Capacitors & Filter
KK and TK series coupling capacitors are used as resonant system base load, separation of PD signals from the high voltage, measuring AC voltages and attenuating interferences from HV side (KKF type with additional filtering inductance).
Gas insulated Transformer Systems
SF6 insulated test transformers are designed for testing metal-clad switchgear (GIS) and substation equipment. The conventional transformer can be flanged directly to the GIS. This makes testing of such installations possible without feeding them trough an air-SF6 bushing. Therefore the merits of the encapsulation remains effective also during the test which is essential for PD tests.
Instrument Transformer Test Equipment
The Tettex instrument transformer test equipment is a complete product line for high precision measurement of different kinds of current instrument transformers (CTs) and voltage instrument transformers (VTs) according to IEC and ANSI standards. This test equipment can be used for type tests, production testing, maintenance testing (on site) and repair.
Light Impulse Voltage Generator "S type"
SGSA impulse test systems can be used to generate impulse voltages simulating lightning strokes and switching surges. The stage energy is 5 kJ. Max. charging voltage is 800kV.
Tank type Transformer Systems
Conventional AC test transformers are especially designed for testing objects of medium capacitance. These systems are particularly suited for tests requiring stable voltage even if the load changes under voltage (corona, wet & pollution tests) or when the load is inductive (inductive voltage transformers). These systems are also qualified for continuous duty, long duration tests.
test transformer systems
Conventional AC test transformers are especially designed for testing objects of medium capacitance. These systems are particularly suited for tests requiring stable voltage even if the load changes under voltage (corona, wet & pollution tests) or when the load is inductive (inductive voltage transformers). The possibility of stacking several of these transformer modules allows reaching very high voltage levels by keeping reasonable floor space.
Water Conditioning Unit
The Water Conditioning Unit is used to deionize the water that circulates through the cable test terminations and to remove the heat generated by the current flowing through the water. Simple control and command of the system by magnetic valves and electrical regulations give an easy system use.

Production line for bumpers
This line is almost 60 m long. High grade components for the automobile industry are produced from aluminium extruded sections. The production steps are fully automatic deburring, stretch-bending, straightening, machining, cleaning, checking, marking Cycle: In 19 seconds only, a ready machined bumper is made from the aluminium profile. NC-controlled manipulators transport the work pieces from station to station. Three big bending and cutting presses care for optimal bending and stamping of the profiles. There are more than 30 NC-servo- and adjustable axes installed in the line - this is why it is extremely flexible for forthcoming modifications and changes of types of work pieces.
Production line for crash-boxes
This production line produces one left and one right crash-box in aluminium for the car industry. From section to finished crash-box in 12 steps: From section to finished crash-box in 12 steps: A side fork-lift truck loads the line with 6-m profiles and, in a fully automatic process, it delivers one customised crash-box every 7 seconds. The profile bars are separated, tested and sawn, the sawn lengths are fed as left and right parts to the tool line and processed according to program. The finished parts are brought out on buffer conveyors. At each station, the NC handler positions the workpieces correctly on a feed sled, where they are clamped and fed to the tool.
