Hardness tester Zwick
ZHU2.5/Z2.5 : The most Universal Hardness Tester of the World The ZHU2.5/Z2.5 is the most versatile all-round hardness tester the world has ever seen. It is based on a materials testing machine type "zwicki": Simply mount the hardness measurement head. The hardness measurement head is constructed so that it can be used with all Zwick materials testing machines, and for automation. Equipped with other tools or grips, this modular test system is also suitable for tensile, compression and flexure tests. testXpert® is also utilized as the test software. A cost-optimized supplement has been developed solely for optical hardness test methods. Integrated in the hardness measurement head are a digital travel measurement system, a load cell and an interchangeable indentor with measurement transducer. On the whole the hardness measurement head encompasses all hardness tests with indentation depth measurement, e.g. Universal Hardness HU macro range or Martens hardness HM, Rockwell hardness, ball indentation hardness H, Vickers depth measurement HVT, and Brinell depth measurement HBT.
Materials testing machine
ProLine is a simple and compact test machine that was developed to meet the demand for low-price top-class test machines for functional testing of components and for standard applications on basic materials. With the ProLine, Zwick Roell meets your demands for fastest delivery times
Pendulum impact tester for plastics Zwick
Zwick offers a wide range of pendulum impact testers for tests according to Charpy, IZOD, Brugger and Dynstat as well as for impact tensile tests. And, of course, we ensure that our machines fulfill the requirements of the relevant test standards such as ASTM E 23, EN 10045, DIN EN ISO 180, ISO 179 or ISO 8256 were fulfilled. The pendulum impact testers cover a range from 0.5 Joules to 750 Joules. They are available in a variety of models, e.g. for instrumented or non-instrumented tests, with analogue or digital displays and with a range of different options especially geared for your tests.
Tensile-compression testing machine
Allround-Line The Allround-Line satisfies strictest demands and performs superior test tasks. Add-ons are available and harmonized with the test machines for clear-cut operability. These test machines cover a wide range of applications. High Capacity Machines These are static testing machines for load forces up to 2000 kN
Tire inspection machine Zwick
Dynamic Systems Testing Zwick provides test rigs and portal frames for the dynamic testing of systems components, which are designed in conjunction with your needs.
Universal hardness tester Zwick
This Universal Hardness Tester with its excellent price/performance ratio is used for both: classical hardness tests on metals and for the testing of plastics, in particular. It works, for example, according to the Rockwell R, L, M, á(alpha) test methods and determines the ball indentation hardness. All conventional optical hardness test methods (Vickers, Brinell, Knoop) and the depth measurement method (Rockwell) can also be carried out in compliance with the standards within a load range from 1 to 250 kg. The essential features bearing out the quality of the machine are its ease of operation, an outstandingly large test area, the measurement without parallax error (with the lines of measurement being integrated in the ground-glass screen optics), a fully automatic test sequence, and the use of a high-precision closed loop system. Another plus is the extraordinary depth of focus. With the RS232 connection to the test software testXpert®, all tests can be evaluated and documented. Genius 1000
genius 1000 – The Cube stable, precise, large surface
genius 1700 – powerful, accessible, warp resistant
machines for demanding tasks: genius 1200 and genius 1700. They have both been built with a portal structure. Their rigid casings allow for highly precise operations even with very heavy work pieces. They come with simultaneously running drive trains, each equipped with measuring systems for the portal of the X-axis. Their advantage: They can handle bigger electrode dimensions as well as smaller sections of larger work pieces. In their respective classes, genius 1200 and genius 1700 range within the most space saving machines and they combine a clear-cut design with maximum stability. Both machines are equipped with a 5-axes CNC controller. They are suited for manual operation and for working with any of our handling-systems. Within our product range, genius 1700 offers the largest table and the highest travel lengths. It is mainly employed in large-mold construction: in processing the largest work pieces it realizes a degree of precision that can otherwise only be achieved with smaller machines. You want more information about the genius 1700 series? Just send a request to our marketing team.
genius 700 – fast, powerful, all-purpose
Step into a new dimension of cavity sinking with genius 700. With high processing speed and reduced non-productive times it guarantees you the shortest possible job processing. The table / travel length ratio is currently unsurpassed in the market – the size of the table is used to its full capacity. And genius 700 enables you to enter the world of automation anytime and on a grand scale: it is especially adapted for working together with the Eagle changer or our Chameleon handling-system. genius 700 offers by far the greatest clearance between dielectric fluid and the table in its class, thus giving you yet another advantage in terms of flexibility. In addition, we have facilitated and accelerated the tracking of the dielectric fluid inside a reservoir that is infinitely adjustable. There is no need to worry about size, height or difficult tasks anymore: with genius 700 you can process a great bandwidth of work pieces. Thanks to its rigid construction, the moment of inertia of the C-axis equals 0.6 kgm2 and is thus significantly higher than that of all similar cavity sinking machines on the market. And that is how you can carry out even difficult cavity sinking processes with maximum precision. genius 700 has an rigid casting with pre-stressed rolling contact guides. The generator is integrated into the machine, effecting more clarity and less susceptibility to failure. The filter can be changed “on-the-fly.” All in all the features of genius 700 add up to a higher rate of operational availability. You want more information about the genius 700 series?
