Filtration
GORE® Filtration Products provide optimum performance for the chemicals, metals, minerals, and energy industries in the form of low pressure drop, near zero emissions, and consistent flow rates. We focus on delivering optimum performance through system evaluation, troubleshooting, specific product design, proper application, installation consultation/management, and periodic lab evaluation.
GORE™ Cover System Principle
Take just as much favourably priced nature as possible and as much intelligent technology as necessary. Or more precisely: GORE™ Cover technology. It consists essentially of three components: aeration, control, and a tarpaulin. Brought together in a perfect balance, the three components interact to produce a unique, economical and reliable composting system. In order to provide the essential basic requirements for the aerobic microorganisms, medium pressure aerators are connected to either on-floor aeration pipes or to in-floor aeration ducts. The bigger the throughput of the plant, the more worthwhile the investment in aeration channels, allowing vehicular access and saving on staffing costs. The aerators are controlled by means of oxygen and temperature parameters, for which the necessary data is obtained directly from the main body of the heap using stainless steel probes. The data is fed into the computer and stored there, documenting the course of the operation. Radio-remote monitoring of the controlled composting process is possible. The material is first mechanically prepared and homogenised before being laid on the aeration using wheel loaders. The probes are then sunk into the material to be composted and then the GORE™ Cover is immediately pulled over the body of the heap. Various handling aids are available to make this action easier. It now remains only to fill the fire hose at the edge of the tarpaulin with water to fix it in position and within a few minutes an enclosed system is functioning. Without the cost of any further technical maintenance and without producing any conspicious odours or microorganisms, Nature now sets to work. It is inexpensive and it is in perfect tune ecologically. Three to four weeks later you can open up the heap to find its contents have been thoroughly a decomposed degraded. All you have to do is roll back the tarpaulin onto the winding gear by radio remote control, remove the measuring probes, if necessary withdraw the aeration pipes using the wheel loaders, and place the material e.g. by a winch on the maturation field and to continue biodegradation. With the right equipment and our expertise you can save yourself the bother of watering, turning — and trouble with the neighbours. Diagram of a Plant: Composting Technology With GORE™ Cover and Aeration (On-Floor and In-Floor) Intelligent technology allows rapid organic decomposition with integrated protection against the weather and emissions. A plant of this kind can be installed anywhere in the world within just six weeks.

Concrete test hammer
Addressing the industry need to create a concrete test hammer that can deliver accurate readings on virtually any concrete from any direction, on any surface without the need to compensate for impact direction, Switzerland-based Proceq announces the new SilverSchmidt concrete test hammer.
Corrosion gauge
The CANIN+ instrument provides two methods for investigating and assessing the corrosion of steel in concrete. • Measurement of corrosion potential of the reinforcement • Measurement of electrical resistivity of reinforced concrete components The instrument highlights corrosion activity before rust becomes visible. This early detection can be key in preventing an unanticipated structural failure.
EQUOSTAT
The Equostat is a practical complement to Proceq’s portable rebound hardness testers as it resolves most limitations associated with the dynamic testing method. While rebound hardness testers are not suitable to measure very light parts of certain geometries, the portable Equostat is well-suited for testing light, thin-walled or tubular parts. The Equostat measures according to the Rockwell principle where the penetration depths under a defined preload are measured before and after application of a larger force. These low-load penetration depth measurements are accurate, rapid and reproducible. The difference between the before and after penetration depths reflects the plastic deformation and, therefore, the hardness.
Portable hardness tester
EQUOTIP PICCOLO is a revolutionary new rebound hardness tester featuring a new patented load & release mechanism - the impact body is launched at the surface and loaded for the next test in a single motion!

Batch mixer
Batch mixer The Munson Rotary Batch Mixer offers 100 percent uniform particle distribution, 100 percent uniform liquid coatings, the fastest cycle times, gentle product handling, the lowest energy consumption per pound of blended product per hour, and complete discharge with no segregation of blended products. It is renowned as the most robust mixer available, providing decades of reliable service. With a heavy-duty drive, plate steel construction and available abrasion resistant liners, trouble free service is guaranteed. Proprietary internal mixing flights create the unique Munson blending action. The gravity driven process produces a rapid, thorough blend while imparting minimal energy and intensity to the product. This maximizes equipment life without sacrificing blend quality. The same blending action provides an ideal fluid bed for coating, impregnating and agglomerating. Continuous rotation throughout the entire blending cycle assures that all materials remain in motion and prevents segregation in batches of varying material densities. Homogenous blends are typically achieved in less than two minutes. And unlike ribbon, plow and paddle blenders, a Munson Rotary Batch Mixer discharges completely, leaving no material 'heal' behind.
Continuous blender
The Munson Rotary Continuous Mixer provides gentle, 100 percent uniform, dust-free blending at rates from 25 to 5000 cubic feet per hour—inexpensively and in minimal floor space. Whether adding 1/100% minor additive to a blend, liquid-spray-coating a material or homogenizing, Munson has a solution to your continuous processing needs. The unique rotary drum style configuration provides the most-gentle blending action in the industry while attaining the most accurate blends available. Spurred by the development of sophisticated continuous weighing systems, its design evolved from the need to duplicate the fast, yet gentle 4-way mixing action of Munson's popular Rotary Batch Mixer in a continuous, in-line machine. One of the first dedicated continuous blenders ever offered, the Rotary Continuous Mixer was designed from the outset as a purpose-built machine, and not a modified batch blender unlike many others on the market. Munson Continuous Mixers feature maximum blending action with minimum required product residence time. A series of internal, stationary circular flights is arranged with pitches diametrically opposed, to provide optimum blending action. The staggered right hand/left hand blending flights create a unique splitting and combining action.
Rotary Drum Screen
Munson Rotary Drum Screens consist of a cylindrical drum constructed of wedge wire screen. Effluent flows from a head box and overflows a dam, onto the outside of the rotating cylinder.
