NOVISA is a Company specialized, just from the beginning, to produce drilling machines.
1960 Novisa was born as individual Company taking over a bankrupt Company that from 1940 produced handmade Radial Drills in an obsolete plant of 6000 m�, of which 1500 covered only. Novisa specializes in big Radial Drills.
1968 Novisa produces the first CNC drilling boring machine.
1973 Novisa becomes Novisa S.p.A. (Ltd.) with starting capital equivalent to 258.000 ECU, today 1.032.000 ECU.
1974 Novisa produces the first working centers with 32 positions tool changer.
1976 Novisa produces the first CNC drilling machine with double working area mm 3500x20000 and able to drill at the same time with two heads having five spindles each one.
TODAY Novisa occupies 65000 m� of which 9800 covered with bridge cranes up to 100 t.
