One of Russia’s most prominently integrated timber holding companies, the Segezha Group has announced its plans to proceed with the development of the Segezha industrial site in the Republic of Karelia, Russia.
The information contained in the announcement indicates that the company is planning to construct new facilities for pulping with an aim to increase the output of finished products. This was confirmed when the President of the Segezha Group and Chairman of the Board Mikhail Shamolin paid a visit to the industrial site. The construction of a new pulp and paper mill in Karelia is expected to yield finished products such as paper and cardboard.
