Japanese Nippon Express Co., Ltd. is a Japanese global logistics services company who have recently expanded its lease at Prologis Park Pilsen II by an additional 5,790 m2 from the original 6,941 m2. In total, the park now occupies 12,730 m2 of space.

The newly leased space will be used temporarily to store surplus heat pump production. In the future, they will be used to expand the preparation of cable bundles. The company purchases components in the Balkan countries and supplies assembled components to German car manufacturers in Bavaria and Baden. It reported that the park is optimally located to connect suppliers and customers. The additional lease was brokered by Savills.
