Aero Gearbox International a joint consortium set up by Rolls-Royce and Hispano-Suiza ( Safran ) are going to build a factory in Podkarpackie voivodship, ISBnews reported.
Construction work will start towards the end of 2015 , initial supplies of aircraft engines are anticipated to be shipped in 2017. At first, 110 employees are going to be employed.
“The manufacturing plant will certainly take advantage of the experiences of the production line owned by Hispano-Suiza Polska and located in SÄdziszów MaĹopolski ,” the organization advised.
Aero Gearbox International is mainly responsible for the accessory drive train on all future civil aero-engines manufactured by the British company. |
