Ponsse has announced that it will be independently responsible for its sales, spare parts and maintenance services in the Czech Republic. The company signed a deed of sale with KĹenek Forest Service s.r.o (hereinafter “Krenek”), their forest machine and service dealer in the Czech Republic, which means they are aiming to provide those services with them. In 2022, Ponsse agreed to purchase all shares in KĹenek so that they can provide these future services as well as continuing their current ones including sales and spare parts and servicing.
In addition to the company to be acquired in the Czech Republic, Ponsse has European subsidiaries in Sweden, Norway, France, the UK, and Ireland.
