Indesit explains that it is being forced to relocate by the economic crisis and the shrinking market. The company opened its first Polish factory in ĹódĹş in 1999, and currently employs some 2,500 people in two plants in which it has so far invested over €140 million. The dishwasher assembly line is likely to be relocated to its factory in Radomsko and may result in the creation of an additional 300 jobs.
