A major new Taiwanese investment is coming to Poland as Hocheng Corporation (HCG) announces plans to establish its first European composite-materials production facility in Radomsko. The project, developed in partnership with the Polish industrial group SKB, will create a European hub for advanced carbon-composite manufacturing.
The new plant will produce carbon-composite semi-finished components, combining state-of-the-art Taiwanese technology with SKB’s existing infrastructure and engineering expertise. The investment, backed by Taiwania Capital, is valued at €10–20 million, with production expected to begin between late 2026 and early 2027.
Why Radomsko?
Radomsko was selected as the project location due to SKB’s well-established facilities, strong engineering capabilities and immediate access to industrial land — factors that will allow for rapid project rollout and efficient production scaling.
Poland to Become HCG’s European Hub
HCG plans to position Poland as its core base for serving European customers, citing the country’s economic stability, skilled workforce and long-term market potential as key advantages. The investment will create new jobs in the region and may expand further with support from future EU and PFR funding programs.
Both partners emphasise that this initiative will help accelerate the development of cutting-edge composite technologies in Europe while strengthening Taiwan–Poland industrial cooperation.
