Computer manufacturer Dell Inc. has announced that it is transferring ownership of its ŁódĹş plant to Taiwan-based Foxconn Technology Group, for undisclosed terms.

The computer giant said the transfer will enable more efficient operations, through the outsourcing of desktop, laptop, server and storage-product production to Foxconn, which is the largest contract electronics manufacturer in the world.

Dell has said that its employees in ŁódĹş will continue in their current roles, once the deal is concluded.
