Having first set up their sales and service office in Sofia in 2007, the office is now celebrating a decade in the building. During this time, on-site employees have consulted and planned products and ideas for wastewater and industrial water systems. Just recently, they were working on technologies to help the food and drink niche in addition to the chemical and mining industries.

Furthermore, customers are also supported by EnviroChemie since they provide services for when treatment plants are in operation; this normally includes local technician servicing, delivering proven water chemicals, and smooth operating throughout the whole process.
