Coca-Cola HBC Czech Republic and Slovakia, along with Slovakian cold and dry foods distributor Hossa Family, have recently signed lease agreements for over 16,400 sqm of space in VGP Park Bratislava. The park, located in Bernolákovo, just 20 km northeast of Bratislava city centre, offers strategic advantages and state-of-the-art facilities, making it an ideal choice for these companies.

Coca-Cola has already commenced full operations in its 8,000 sqm space within the park, while Hossa Family, based in Poprad, will soon occupy over 7,600 sqm. The newly leased warehouse spaces are constructed to meet BREEAM 'Excellent' standards, ensuring sustainable and environmentally friendly operations.

VGP Park Bratislava is an expansive complex that includes VGP Park Bratislava I, with six warehouses, and VGP Park Bratislava II, comprising an additional five warehouses. Together, they offer a combined area of 404,000 sqm, providing ample room for businesses to thrive and expand.
