CeeIndustrial has learnt that upto 1 billion HUF is going to be invested by QSCH a division of Switzerland’s Adval Tech on its refurbishment and introduction of new technology for its production line in Hungary for the next generation of BMW parts
The first step is the construction of a 4970 square meter production hall which will be finished in November 2010. Upto 50 more people will be employed once the first phase is complete and this will bring the total number of employee’s to over 250, QSCH in Hungary had sales revenue of €12 million last year
Recently Adval Tech announced the winning of an order to manufacturer 12 types of parts for the next Generation of BMW 1 and 3 series models. At its Factory in Hungary Adval Tech already produces 3 of the parts after installing the most up to 650 ton plastic injection molding system. CeeIndustrial feels that again this show the German auto industry confidence in the high quality manufacturing standards and well qualified staff in Hungary and the greater CEE (Central Eastern Europe) region as the it helps keeps there costs down while maintaining there excellent quality.
