Deutsche Telekom chose Slovakia instead of Hungary as location for its global financial center, Slovakian daily Hospodarske Noviny wrote. The German telco company has picked Slovakia over Hungary because Slovakia uses the euro and its capital is closer to Vienna. The investment is expected to create some 500 new workplaces, the Slovakian paper said.
