JAF Group from Austria has signed an agreement to acquire DLH Poland and DLH Slovakia, both suppliers of wood and wood-based materials, with offices in Warsaw and Bratislava. The acquisition, which is subject to competition authority approval, is expected to be completed in the next few months. JAF Group plans to use the acquisition to expand its presence in its core markets, and DLH Poland and DLH Slovakia will continue to operate under their current name with their growing workforce and management.
