Koyo Giken is manufacturing special table type Spot Welding Machine sunder the brand name “MYSPOT” & having worldwide Patent for welding MS, SS & GS up to 2.3 x 2.3mm thickness.Normally customer has to move the job between the electrodes to spot weld it but here in “MYSPOT” the job is kept flat on the Copper Table and the hanging gun is used to spot weld the job. No pinching marks on the bottom side of the components and hence no putty work and grinding.The gun automatically adjusts the pressure & the current required for the sheet thickness being welded and after the welding is done the gun moves up.There is also provision for using Argon gas to avoid oxidation at the weld area when SS is welded , the result is clean surface without oxidation.
