STA develops and manufactures systems for separating solids and oils from fluids. Since 1992 we have been using process technology know-how to solve contamination problems everywhere that more stringent environmental requirements, stricter quality specifications and cost pressure have led to the need for greater purity of fluids used.
Our focus is on systems which achieve maximum filter fineness through centrifugal force, gravitation and coalescence alone and without the use of filter aids, and extract solid matter in compact and pure form, as well as foreign oil, in high concentration. This makes it possible to increase the service life of machining fluids and tools, to reduce disposal costs and to improve the production results.

| 3-phase centrifuges
As 3-phase separators STA machines are perfectly suited for simultaneous separation of solids and a secondary light liquid phase, such as tramp oil. Applied on coolant or washing emulsions a comprehensive fluid care can be done with a single device. STA standard machines already installed can be retrofit on-site with the 3-phase separation kit. |
| Centrifugal Separators The NZ-50 centrifugal separator is suitable for tasks involving low volume flows and solid quantities. Sludge is drained manually. The compact design allows easy integration in production systems, for example on machining centres. Thanks to special materials, use in aggressive media (90° C, pH 1-14) is also possible.
Application: Fine cleaning of coolant lubricant emulsions and oils, surface treatment baths, washing or vibratory grinding fluids, etc. | |
