RÖDERS TEXTILES - Gebr. Röders AG -, Germany, is one of the oldest and well-known producer of liners for sewer rehabilitation and renovation. The liner production started in 1986 with a German Patent for a Pull-In-Liner. The company is certified with the quality management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001. They have developed a lot of different liner types for all known CIPP-systems and curing methods.
The experience of more than 7.000.000 meters of renovated sewers worldwide incl. Asia makes sure that the company has the right product for the different markets and they are able to create and produce new liner types according to all customer requirements.
The last creation /development is the so called TOPCOTE-Liner. This is the first two-in-one-liner for pipe rehabilitation. In one sequence of operation you can not only renovate the main pipe but also create a second pipe in this one. So you are able to separate two different liquids in one pipe or whatever your idea is to transport or to pass through the second pipe.

Röders Pewter
For six generations, our pewter has been produced to the very highest standards of craftsmanship and quality. Good design has always been priority, since the “Bauhaus” period, with its design being an expression of the contemporary and a continuation of traditional shapes, also modern design, recently from Colani and others. Appropriate to the material and cast without any lead, the pewter has an enduring value.
Blow Moulds
The Blow Mould Production applies the latest in-house developments in manufacturing technologies. The extremely short lead times and great reliability are valued by our customers worldwide. Due to our long lasting specialisation in blow moulds for PET bottles, we enjoy a leading position, even in the implementation of demanding projects. We manufacture in excess of 5000 moulds a year.
HSC-Machines
With an exceptional depth of development in design, control and drive technology, our High Speed Cutting machines are optimised for the highest possible performance in respect of machining precision, surface quality and dynamics. Various production processes can be combined in the HSC machines. Where necessary, the machines are automated by means of our own solutions. More than 2500 machines have been installed in over 50 countries.
Our machine tool department has been certified according to
ISO 9001:2015 by the DNV GL SE.
