DADCO's main facility is located in Plymouth, Michigan USA, on a 12.5-acre campus.  Since moving to Plymouth in 1995, DADCO has expanded the main facility three times.  Today, its offices, R&D center and plant comprise 11,600 m² (125,000 sq.ft.).  Hundreds of customers have toured the Plymouth facility and declared it "world-class."

A state-of-the-art facility, DADCO monitors its infrastructure to ensure it is maintained in a manner that allows DADCO to achieve conformity to product and customer requirements.  Changes to the layout of the facility and equipment additions, such as high-output robot turning centers and vertical storage units, have allowed DADCO to increase organization and throughput.  DADCO has updated to a fully-integrated ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system that enables DADCO to better track inventory and increase stock allowing for quick deliveries.

In 2004, DADCO completed a 6,400 square-foot expansion of its assembly department. The expansion has enabled DADCO to optimize the layout of its assembly department for lean manufacturing. An in-house test lab, used for inspection and measurement of parts, and a robot used to verify and mark product are other innovations adopted to help ensure the consistent high level of quality DADCO's customers have come to expect.
