The beam shape of new fiber lasers allows for very precise cutting with flat joints for example of up to 100 μm for stainless steel 3 mm thick. The Gaussian beam and focus shape and correspondingly greater intensity in the focus ensure reliable cutting, even with highly reflective or heat-resistant materials.
The SHARK cut is unique due to its compact design and great flexibility, setting new standards in terms of those features. Automatic Distance control and high dynamic linear drives guarantees results shortly for sheet dimensions up to 850 x 1000 m².

ACSYS emphasizes the idea of the modern security features for the minting industry with a limited edition of special medal. The ACSYS medal combines all security features shown on the obverse and reverse. The medal was created in collaboration with the Staatlichen Münze Stuttgart (Germany).
