Koch and WTHK launch WiTechs GmbH
Hemer based Ernst Koch GmbH & Co. KG, one of the world's leading manufacturers of wire drawing machines, and WTHK GmbH, similarly located in Hemer and specialized in manufacture of wire cleaning and coating systems as well as engineering and consulting, have jointly launched a new company in 2008: WiTechs GmbH.
WiTechs GmbH will be run by general managers Lothar Koeppen (shareholder of WTHK GmbH) and Jochen Koch (general manager and shareholder of Ernst Koch GmbH& Co. KG).
The startup and close cooperation of the participating partners Koch, WTHK and WiTechs has led to new perspectives for successful expansion and further strengthening of the position on the international markets.
Beside the production of machinery and equipment for the wire processing and treating industries the Koch/WTHK/WiTechs alliance will continue to additionally offer technical consulting and service to bring new life to the markets.
A particularly close cooperation will exist in development of package solutions combining Koch wire drawing machines with the appropriate peripheral equipment of WiTechs for individual customer requirements.
