About MacIntyre Chocolate Systems
MacIntyre Chocolate Systems manufactures the well known and highly proven MacIntyre Universal Refiner/Conche, for the production of pure chocolates, compounds, chocolate spreads, pralines, truffles, biscuits, crèmes, etc.
This system is available in sizes ranging from 20Kg to 10,000Kg batch capacity – Millennium and Duplex models. We also produce ancillary equipment such as Storage Tanks, Pumps, Pipe work, Kettles, Tempering Machines and a vast range of processing equipment such as Moulding Plants - one shot, solid, inclusions, biscuit, shell or combination plants for producing a multiple of products on the one machine.
Macintyre also manufacture processing equipment such as Chocolate Enrobing Plants, Chocolate Nut Cluster Plants, Chocolate Lentil Roller Moulding Plants, Chocolate and Sugar Panning Systems, Chocolate Vermicelli Plants and Chocolate Drop & Chip Plants.
MacIntyre is proud to introduce two sister companies in the chocolate machine manufacturing industry, Petzholdt Heidenauer and Beetz Mixing Technology. The joining of the three companies has allowed us to become one of the leading forces in the chocolate machine build industry.
MacIntyre Chocolate Systems and Beetz Mixing Technologies operate out of our factory in Scotland and Petzholdt Heidenauer operates out of our Dresden factory in Germany. The three companies are actively involved in the chocolate, confectionery, ice cream and bakery industries. We are able to offer machinery to process the bean in all aspects to liquor and cocoa butter or cocoa powder, right through to chocolate processing into the finished moulded, enrobed or formed products.
We have a small laboratory in Scotland and are we are building an additional laboratory in Germany at present. We have limited facilities in Japan, Australia, USA, Russia, and Malaysia; which are supported by our own consultants. Our consultants can assist you from bean processing and chocolate manufacturing to processing for the confectionery, bakery and ice cream industries.
| Chocolate Refiner / 2 Roll Pre - Chocolate Mass Refiner This can be fitted to all ranges of Refiner / Conches (Millennium and Duplex) and is specifically used for low fat chocolate of 21% fat content and upward.
This machine can be supplied with a jacketed holding tank instead of a screw feed for recycling chocolate mass if required.

| Chocolate Refiner / Conche 250Kg Batch Capacity Suitable for rapid reduction and improved flavour development. Shorter cycle time.
These Refiner / Conches are supplied complete with master control console and power assisted pressure control for increasing and decreasing of pressure. The machine is fitted with its own extract unit and the delivery end is fitted with a sampling valve and take off valve. It can be fitted with a double shear as an extra to work with very thick mass - products as low as 21% fat content if required. This machine will produce high quality milk, dark and white chocolates, pralines, truffles, compounds and many other products.
