AUTOMATIC TRIMMING MACHINE FOR SALMON – WITH SURFACE TRIMMING

BAADER 988 S is an innovative machine concept. BAADER 988 S increases yield, saves labour and increases the line throughput. The BAADER 988 S is designed to realise automatic trimming and automatic surface trimming of salmon fillets with a wide variety of cuts. Fewer personnel are needed for trimming but most important is the gain in yield due to controlled trim cuts. The yield will be increased due to very exact trimming. Trim cuts can be defined and stored through a touch screen panel. The BAADER 988 S can work in-line with the heading machine BAADER 434 and the filleting machine BAADER 200 or the like. This is the key for most efficient processing.
AUTOMATIC TRIMMING AND CUTTING MACHINE FOR WHITEFISH

BAADER 988 W is also an innovative machine concept based on the BAADER 988 S. It is designed to realise automatic trimming and piece cutting of whitefish with a wide variety of cuts.
FULLY AUTOMATIC, HIGH SPEED HERRING PROCESSING - FROM ROUND FISH TO SKINNED FILLETS

The BAADER 220 is a high-speed processing machine for small herring, mackerel, trout and fish with similar bone structure. BAADER 220 can be used as a fully automatic processing line where the round fish is automatically driven from the general storage bin via a distribution system to various lines.

Just one supervisor is needed to supervise up to five lines from the raw material supply to the final filleting and skinning section itself. The automatically driven lines are able to process, according to the fish size, throughputs of up to 400 trays/min.
BAADER SKINNERS - SHALLOW SKINNING AND DEEP SKINNING WITH HIGHEST YIELD

BAADER's new generation of skinning machines - the BAADER 54 is specially designed for Alaska pollack. BAADER 54 produces a high quality skinned fillet at highest yield. A change between shallow skinning and deep skinning takes only minutes. One special feature of this machine is that the skinned fillet leaves the machine stretched out and separated from each other for further processing on BAADER 820 automatic inspector or on the candling table. No manual straightening is necessary for further processing.
BAADER 600 - THE NEW MINI-MINCER

The BAADER 600 is the smallest mincer of the BAADER 600 series, but it conceals the same advanced technology through which the customer is able to provide product quality on a whole new level.
