For more than 50 years, DEUMA has been manufacturing Machines for the Metal Working Industries, mostly in the field of Welding, Cutting and Grinding.
Started off with manually controlled Positioners and Turning Roll System, the product range has been continually further developed and encompasses today up to complete production lines and robotic systems.
Due to the permanent further development and in particular due to the superior quality of our products, Deuma is known worldwide. Our present export share is more than 90 per cent.
Our premises are located in the centre of Germany and as such in the centre of Europe.
We can be easily reached via the motor ways A4 and A45. Travel time by care is between 60 and 90 minutes from the airports Cologne, Dusseldorf or Frankfurt.

Decades of experience as well as constant further development distinguish the sophisticated DEUMA Beam Welding Machines. Our production program ranges from low cost machines, in gantry-type design, up to continuous double welding lines with automated turn-over system – tailor-made to suit the specific requirement of our customers. The equipment is capable of welding I-beams of up to 20 m in lengths and more than 4 m web height. |

processes, such as Submerged Arc, MIG-MAG or WIG can be used. The Circumferential Seam Welding Machines can be supplied with suitable
Clamping Systems and Loading Systems. | 
| DEUMA Panel (Membran Wall) Welding and Bending Machines Deuma produces complete production lines, including calibration machines, panel welders, tube-to-tube welding machines, pipe ends milling machines as well as panel (membrane wall) bending machines and transport systems. We can supply either turnkey production lines or individual machines, such as the continuous welding machine which can be equipped with two, four or six welding heads.

In addition they are absolutely safe and efficientl. The Machine Posts are made from high quality steel in distortion-free welded construction.
