JENOPTIK Automatisierungstechnik GmbH is a subsidiary of the JENOPTIK Group with the principal place of business in the Thuringian technology region of Jena. For more than 10 years, they have been developing and manufacturing complex industrial system solutions for the material processing with laser as well as handling and assembly systems for the American, European and Asian market. The laser systems of the product family JENOPTIK-VOTAN™ P are used for cutting, scribing, marking and perforating packaging materials such as cardboard and plastics or laminated materials.
They use 2-D packaging material webs to create easy to handle, highly functional 3-D packaging with structures and patterns (figure length and geometric shape) that can be created in virtually any shape.

The JENOPTIK-VOTAN™ P laser systems are able to machine single and multilayer plastic foils both with and without metal or other coatings, paper, cardboard, cardboard-plastic-metal and cardboard-metal laminates.
