The company Dettmer Verpackungen GmbH can look back on a meanwhile 40-year-old experience in the production of flexible packagings and packaging films. The certifications according to DIN EN ISO 9001 in November 1995 and BRC/IOP in January 2003 underline once more the efficiency and the quality consciousness of our 180 colleagues!
By intensive market and competition observations and the thereby associated good contacts to our customers, raw-material supplliers and by the close cooperation with manufacturers of packaging and printing machines it is possible for us to spontaneously react at any time on the actual market situation and the customers' wishes.
One of our production focal point is the film extrusion!
We produce polyethylene films in diversified mono- and coextrusion qualities. Our annual production of abt. 22,000 tons forms the basis of our comprehensive product range!
Our 3-layer coextrusion lines allow fully automated production of film thicknesses with a tolerance of up to +/- 5%. This technology also enables us to individually colour the three film layers for special applications.
The necessary high-quality raw materials all come from leading, high-quality manufacturers in the petro-chemical industry. These companies also provide us with the necessary guarantees as to the suitability of films for specific end-user needs, such as packaging food and foodstuffs, deep freezing or puncture resistance and UV-stabilisation.
| Dairy products Packaging Especially this product group has developed very strongly and presents several innovations on the market.
The most important aspect of the dairy segment is “freshness”! . To secure this demand, the a lot of packaging materials have developed accordingly.
To meet those claims we can offer you a wide range of specifically engineered films for the dairy segment, which can be used in different spots as e.g.inner/outer film or FFS-film.
