INCOE designs and manufactures hot runner systems driven by performance for the processing of all injection moldable plastic materials. A leader and pioneer in the plastics industry, our original patented design was the first commercial hot runner nozzle available. The development and use of hot runner systems has led to the advancement of injection molding on a global basis. By design, the hot runner system has been “eco-friendly” since inception with reduced material use and waste by-product.

| INCOE® Products Overview Since 1958, INCOE® has engineered productivity built hot runner systems for a wide range of molding applications. Large selections of modular components are available to create a customized solution for precise melt delivery. Nozzles are offered with flow diameters ranging from Ø3 mm (for parts weighing less than 1 gram) to as large as Ø25 mm (for parts weighing up to 10 kg or more). Fourteen gating styles are available for optimal processing of commodity or technical resins.
