Chemdet - Portable and Clean-in-Place (CIP) Tank Washers, Drum and Barrel Washers and Accessories
For over 30 years Chemdet has been committed to serving the needs of our customers by providing quality products, application expertise and service. Chemdet offers a full range of products to clean the interiors of open or closed, large or small containers, tanks and vessels. Portable and clean-in-place (C.I.P.) tank washers, drum and barrel washers and accessories. Cleaning and passivating systems to apply liquid cleaners, solvents, acid brighteners and passivating solutions into closed tanks and vessels. Passivation testers and passivating chemicals.
We provide cleaning solutions for a broad range of industries, including brewing, distilling, food, dairy, beverage, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, biotech, chemical, aerospace, plastics, coatings, adhesives, pulp and paper, environmental and transportation. TURBODISC FAMILY
Turbodisc tank washers represent the highest level of cleaning technology available today for applications where direct impingement from a nozzle jet is not required. They are industry's first choice to replace outdated cleaning and sanitation equipment. Turbodisc tank washers are designed to produce a dense all-around spray pattern and to operate at low pressures.
Because Turbodiscs clean the entire tank interior at once, they clean more quickly and therefore use less liquid than competitive tank washers with the same flow rate. They are available in 180º spray pattern for concentrated cleaning in one area of a tank or in a 360º pattern for all-around coverage.
The Turbodisc family includes the following versions:
Turbodisc: The original versions. These models are intended for use in general cleaning applications.
Chemidisc: These models are intended for use in harsh chemical environments and glass lined vessels.
Clipdisc: Also known as the Sanitary Turbodisc, these models are designed specifically for use in clean-in-place (C.I.P.) applications in the food, dairy, beverage, cosmetic, biotech, and pharmaceutical industries. They conform to applicable USDA, FDA, and 3A material and design standards.
Cask Washer: These models are designed especially for use in cleaning casks, drums, and barrels. FURY TANK WASHERS
Unique open design: hygienic and self cleaning Piston driven: low maintenance Turbine and gear free: particle tolerant Resistant to hydraulic shock: no special start up equipment necessary No lubrication required: contaminant free Compact, robust: versatile in use
Fury tank washers are the best solution for your most difficult tank cleaning problems. Fury models provide concentrated, high impact spray jets and are our most powerful units. They are used primarily for cleaning larger tanks and heavy, difficult to clean soils. The unique piston drive eliminates the need for the high internal flow rates and pressures associated with turbine driven units.
The Fury's speed of operation and cycle time can be fine tuned for maximum cleaning efficiency in minutes, regardless of the pressure and flow rate. Fury tank washers use absolutely no oil or grease, thereby eliminating a possible source of contamination. The cleaning fluid is the only lubrication required. Constructed of Type 316 stainless steel, Fury's are well suited for today's aggressive cleaning solutions and provide many years of reliable service. THICK-WALL SPRAY BALL
Each hole drilled through the 1/4in (6mm) wall of our Thick-Wall Spray Balls is virtually a nozzle tube, resulting in the jet streams that have greater impact or travel much farther than normal before breaking. As a result, it is possible to use either a smaller than average spray ball or clean larger vessels with fewer heads and lower flow rates. In addition to our standard units, we also custom fabricate our Spray Balls to give you the flow rate, cleaning pattern and inlet connection you desire. ROTABALL
The Rotaball stainless steel tank washer is a compact, rotating-ball cleaning device used to wash the interiors of medium and smaller sized tanks. The Rotaball's power jets and multiple cleaning patterns make it the ideal tank washer for cleaning applications requiring both impingement and low flow rates.
The Rotaball is self-operating. The flow of the cleaning fluid rotates the head at a steady pace to ensure maximum impact. The speed of rotation is positively governed by a simple drive device using no gears.
| Fury Line Chemdet's Fury Line of tank washers is the best solution to your most difficult tank cleaning problems. Fury models provide a high impact, concentrated rotating spray and are our most powerful units. They are primarily used for cleaning larger tanks and heavy, difficult to clean soils.
Constructed of stainless steel, Fury tank washers will withstand today's aggressive cleaning solutions, yet Fury washers use absolutely no oil or grease. Unlike most other tank washers, the Fury is not dependent on high internal flow rates and pressures. The Fury's speed of operation and cycle time can be fine tuned for maximum cleaning efficiency in minutes, regardless of the flow rate or pressure.

| Rotaball The Rotaball stainless steel tank washer is a compact, rotating-ball cleaning device used to wash the interiors of medium and smaller sized tanks. The Rotaball's powerful jets and multiple cleaning patterns make it the ideal tank washer for cleaning applications requiring more impingement than a Turbodisc, but less than a Fury. The Rotaball is self-operating. The flow of the cleaning fluid rotates the head at a steady pace to ensure maximun impact. The speed of rotation is positively governed by a simple drive device using no gears. The Rotaball is versatile. Rotaball washers come in 1·1/2", 2" and 3" ball sizes with either drilled holes or with extended nozzles for increased range. All sizes are available in three standard spray head designs to allow for cleaning from the top or from the bottom of closed tanks or for open-top and special tank cleaning applications.

| Sprayball The extended range and outstanding durability of the Thick-Wall SPRAY BALL is made possible by its unique 1/4" (6 MM) wall thickness.
EXTENDED RANGE: Each hole drilled through the thick-wall is virtually a nozzle tube, resulting in the jet streams traveling much farther than normal before breaking up. As a result, it is possible to use either a smaller than average spray ball or wash larger vessels with fewer heads and lower flow rates. The drilling pattern also enables vertical jets to wash the feed pipe and fittings.
DURABILITY: The Thick-Wall SPRAY BALL is virtually unbreakable. With normal usage it will not dent or distort, thereby eliminating the risk of unclean areas due to damage or distortion of the ball.
QUALITY: Made of 316 Stainless Steel, each Thick-Wall SPRAY BALL is workshop-built to exacting standards to ensure years of productive service. |
