We develop, design and manufacture individual solutions
Economy, quality and progress establish the international recognition of LASCO products for the forming technology and the production of building materials.
For more than 150 years, we have been a reliable partner to the forging industry and the metal forming industry. In the early 1990s, we opened up an extremely interesting range of applications with the development of highly efficient machines and sophisticated automation technology also for the building materials industry.
Our customers' demands and wishes are the yardstick for our activities
Our solid technical expertise and experience gained in 150 years allow us to find and realize the optimum solution for individual requirements. This applies to the manufacture of machines or systems and automation technology as well as to the modernization of existing production lines.
In close partnership with its customers, LASCO supplies production equipment with which users can face international competition for decades to come.
| Direct drive screw presses Screw presses with direct electric drive SPR/SPP have applications for forming, straightening, calibrating, parts made of steel, high-alloy materials and non-ferrous metals.
Screw presses with direct drive have the rotor of the drive motor connected directly to the flywheel and screw.
Lasco SPR and SPP models embody differing characteristics:
The SPR series has overload protection by means of a slipping clutch and are suitable for forging applications which demand high working capacity.
The SPP series is intended for applications which require lower energy, but is capable of “hard on hard” blows for operations such as calibrating.

| Forming technology Strong types for demanding tasks
LASCO offers a complete range of state-of-the-art conventional forming machines for hot, warm and cold solid forming as well as sheet metal forming, which are individually designed and automated according to customer requirements. |
| Hydraulic double-acting hammer HO-U From a technical and economic point of view, the forging hammer remains an ideal forming unit for the forging industry.
A hydraulic hammer delivers maximum forming force with minimum energy consumption, ideal characteristics for forging a wide range of parts.
LASCO is the inventor and pioneer of hydraulic drive systems for die forging hammers.
The HO –U hydraulic double-acting hammer developed by LASCO with its state of the art hydraulic and electronic control systems has brought new standards of efficiency and quality to the forge shop. |
