Our main business is the development, production and integration of ultra-rapid precision Weigh Cells and high-tech weighing systems for high-speed use. Our Weigh Cells can be employed in all industrial production processes. Among these are integration in checkweighers, filling / dosage machines and price marking as well as integration in packing machines of all kinds. Employment in special areas, e.g. weighing technical equipment for the pharmaceutical industry and here especially for the measurement of capsules, tablets, syringes and vials is also simple to carry out.

With the development of our weighing cells we have revolutionized weighing technology.Our Weigh Cells are intelligent. They are based on the technology of Electro Magnetic Force Restoration (EMFR), are equipped with analogue-digital transfomers and microcheckers for digital signal processing and compensate for external interference factors (vibrations from the surroundings). Rapidity and precision function together perfectly.
On the basis of the Weigh Cell we offer industry new possibilities and perspectives. Our range of products is orientated consistently to the concrete needs of our customers and is being continually further developed. With different series and a variety of types, we cover a range of measurement from 2 grammes to 300 kilogrammes.

Principle of Electro Magnetic Force Restoration
The basis of the rapid and exact working method of our Weigh Cells is the Principle of Electro Magnetic Force Restoration (EMFR). The basic principle is comparable to a simple beam balance. The weight is laid on one side of the beam (coil arm). The result is that the coil attached to the other side of the beam tries to move out of the magnetic field of the magnet. A zero indicator (photoelectric beam) recognizes any minimal deviation, and immediately so much current is sent through the coil via an electrical regulator circuit that the balance beam hardly moves and remains in its neutral position. The deviation occurring is merely a matter of a few nanometres, quite in contrast to movement-dependent measuring processes such as with DMS. The power caused by the weight laid on is compensated for by the current through the coil. Here the amount of current is proportional to the weight power. The power-proportional current is measured by a measurement resistor, transformed into a digital signal by an analogue-digital transformer and further processed in a signal processing system.
