The Pinomatic SMARTPRESS is designed for small and medium size enterprises. The quality of edge-glued panels is still completely equal to that of panels which have been made with our high efficiency presses. SMARTPRESS is equipped with an automatic feeding unit which makes production a very smooth process.

Equipment for plywood production lines

Pinomatic can offer stacking and de-stacking equipment for the plywood industry as well as a variety of conveyor and mechanisation solutions. The most up-to-date, patented vacuum box technology is utilised in the stackers.

Finishing lines

We supply two types of finishing lines. Firstly, there are the finishing lines for wide pieces, such as furniture components. The other type of finishing line is for narrow pieces such as mouldings, panels and outer wall timber, which are finished at high line speeds. In the largest lines supplied, pieces are surface-treated three times and move more than 230 meters along the production line.

OS stackers for cross cutting saw lines

Pinomatic OS is a special stacking device designed for fast cross-cutting saws. No compromises have been made in the machine that combines speed, uninterrupted operation and a heavy-duty structure, allowing it to work even with large-size materials. The machine includes a motorised side transfer unit, which controlled way moves pieces away from the saw conveyor.
