Timesavers – Grindingmaster machines for the metal industrie are used in the following categories: deburring, finishing, calibrating etc. etc. For deburring, we use belt, brush and disc. For surface finishing, we use belt, brush and special heads for applying a customers demand finish. For calibrating, we mainly use a wide belt abrasive machine, mainly specifically designed according the customers specific demand. Generally spoken we can say that Grindingmaster can build any machine to a customer demand in belt brush and disc abrasive machines. The results are there in the field!

| Veneer sanding Goal of the process is the FINISH of products after sanding. A veneer sanding process is a fine sanding process on a thin layer of solid wood, glued on a (chipboard) panel.
The product surface should be finished, with sanding through the veneer. Generally the grit size of the abrasive belt of the last sanding head defines the finish. | |
