Trepak International AB develops, builds, installs and maintains filling machines for liquid products and capping lines for all types of packaging. The company is based in Malmö and has 21 employees.
Our sales teams work throughout Scandinavia. We are the market leader in Sweden, Denmark and Norway.
Our solutions are always tailored to each client’s specific requirements. Installation, service and maintenance are performed by the company’s own engineers. Through our partners, the company also installs machines elsewhere in Europe. A major customer is Tetra Pak, where we’ve developed and delivered capping units for some of their latest packaging products.
Trepak has expanded dramatically in recent years. We have grown while maintaining profitability and we are now classified with the highest credit rating, an AAA rating.
How we work
Before the project begins, we give you the documents you need: computer calculations, budget quotations, complete quotations and complete contracts.
We always commit to designing a layout of the planned production line – an invaluable tool and the basis for secure calculation for tender discussions. After ordering, but before purchasing, we perform a design review of the drawings and component selection of all the current hardware and component parts in our 3D CAD system together with our customers. All product development takes place in same system.
We check capping to ensure the capsule is intact and in place through our Trevision ® system. The system also includes a user-friendly programming device. Everything is built to adapt to different sizes of packages and capsules.

| Capping machines FILLPAK is the leading company in capping machines! We cap bottles, cans, buckets ……..In plastic, metal or glass. Caps in different shape and materials screw or press on caps. In all our cappers and triggers we are using the same HMI-base as we are using in our fillers a touché panel with the customer languish as there operator interface menu. Our cappers are EC-40 a Automatic single-head capping machine EC-80 Twin-head inline capper with increased speed, cap diam. up to 75 mm in standard. The EC-40 can be built in a WIDE model that can handle caps up to 115 mm in diameter. Angle-neck capping is another option we can provide our customers with. Changes over time in our cappers are between 10-15 minutes max for a complete product change. No tools required! Stainless steel frame for easy cleaning. Pick and place cap operation. Bottle in feed trough servo-driven worm screw unit as a standard feature in the EC-80 and as an option for the EC-40. Normally our cappers screw on the caps with an air motor with torque adjustment but the EC-40 can also be equipped with an servo-motor for high demanding jobs for torque control, positioning and placing. | 
| Labelling For 20 years Eurokett has successfully been marketing and selling labelling machines.
Fillpak acquired Eurokett in November 2006 and mowed to our facillitys beginning of 2007.
Our machines are extremly durable, dependable and precise. Some of our machines have been running day and night since 1986. Only toil parts have been worn out and replaced.
The labelling machines are produced in modules, which means that we can offer you customized solutions.
Among our customers you will find SCA, Ecolab, Stora Enso, Becker, Swedich Match Snuff division, VWR, Akzo Nobel and Cederroth etc. etc. | |
