The linear deburring machine FE 700 L with five working stations is the perfect system for fully automatic, mechanical surface processing of flat magnetic and non-magnetic parts suited to fine blanked stamped parts, metalfittings, cutting tools, transmission components, sintered parts, valve plates and precision parts etc.
The linear deburring machine FE 700 L with up to five working stations is of modular design, alternatively with grinding belt unit and or Burr-Ex® stations (brushes) and the best choice for removing primary as well as secondary burr and to give also a perfect defined edge radius.
The Peter Wolters deburring systems linear or rotary table can be equipped with flip over devices, quick change clamping system for the tools, cleaning module etc. can be used as fully automatic solution or stand-alone-solution.
Furthermore it is possible to link the deburring machine with a fine grinding system of the AC microLine® series.
This offers the customer additional solutions to compete for new markets and profits.
Low cost of ownership is also supported by extended service-intervals and reduced maintenance requirements.
Peter Wolters is dedicated to the success of its customers by being a world-class provider of innovative technology and productivity solutions with its high-precision machine tools and systems for high-precision surface processing of nearly any kind of work piece.
Technology Leader and Driving Innovative Force
As a technology leader and driving innovative force, we are sought after wherever the tightest tolerances for surface quality, parallelism, flatness and precision are required via an economical approach.
Comprehensive Scope of High-Precision Processing Machines
Peter Wolters supports you with a unique, comprehensive scope of high-precision processing machines: from single-and double-side fine-grinding-, lapping-, polishing-, honing- and deburring machines, thru-feed grinders for flat work pieces up to compact high-precision multispindle machines.
Knowhow from a Great Number of Industrial Sectors
All this is paired with unrivalled experience and know how from a great number of industrial sectors, from made-to-order to series production, from small shops to large international enterprises. But we do not rest on our laurels. Processing work pieces made of new materials and constantly growing demands on the processing results are challenges we are facing each and every day.
