"Maxcess's New Operational Hub in Łubowo, Poland Elevates Manufacturing and Sustainability in Central Europe"
Panattoni has successfully finalized and transferred the key European manufacturing base for Maxcess, setting the stage for significant operational and developmental strides. Located in Łubowo, this bespoke facility is engineered to transition Maxcess’s operations from its previous site, promising to boost product and service innovation capabilities while projecting to double the workforce, thereby energizing the regional employment landscape.
Covering an expanse of over 13,000 sqm, the facility is poised to become the central nucleus for Maxcess’s manufacturing activities across Europe. It is meticulously designed to refine and expedite processes including winding, guiding, cutting, and handling of materials. The infrastructure is laden with advanced features aimed at elevating production efficiency, encompassing overhead cranes, railway systems, comprehensive compressed air and gas pipelines, and a sophisticated process water setup.
Aiming for excellence in environmental stewardship, the plant is on track to attain the prestigious BREEAM certification at the Excellent tier, reflecting its commitment to energy efficiency and water conservation. Innovations such as widespread office glazing, the incorporation of skylights for natural light, and the installation of high-security, energy-efficient switchgear underscore the facility’s green blueprint. Moreover, Panattoni has future-proofed the site with provisions for solar panel fittings and has significantly invested in biodiversity through the addition of nearly 150 trees and over 400 shrubs, enhancing the site's green footprint.
