Plastigram to Launch 8M EUR Recycling Plant in Poland with Government Subsidy Support

Czech recycling firm Plastigram has announced plans to construct a processing facility in Poland for PolyAl derived from used beverage cartons. The project, with an investment of 8 million EUR, will be supported by public funds from the Polish government in the form of a project-specific subsidy.

The Polish Minister, utilizing allocated budgetary resources for the Program, will provide Plastigram with financial assistance over the period 2023-2026. This support, a targeted subsidy, will help cover eligible investment costs, up to a maximum of 693k EUR.

Under the terms of the agreement, Plastigram is committed to creating a minimum of 20 new jobs and to investing at least 8.09 million EUR by the 31st of December, 2025.
