Ravaglloli have introduced the new G1180.30slim Leverless Tyre Changer to their range of tyre machines.
The new Leverless machines now available from Ravaglioli reflect the company’s focus on making the latest technology available to all workshops in the wheel service market. They now have over 15 different

models to choose from in their vast range of tyre machines.

Their leverless tyre changers are equipped to deal with all wheel variations, including Reverse Rims, Run-Flat and Ultra High profile (UHP) rims up to 34" diameter.

With patented features like the Auto-Touch function which allows the demount tool to slip easily between the rim and the bead of the tyre in one easy motion without the use of levers minimising the stress to the bead of the tyre. The operator can rotate the wheel under complete control with their exclusive and innovative

inverter motor. This motor allows the operator to regulate the speed of the turntable allowing the rotation speed to decrease as the stress on the bead increases avoiding any damage to the tyre.

The G1180.30sllm has Ravaglioli's patented Self-Locking Plate which consists of a centre pin and cone. lt utilises a floating plate thus offering a self-locking mechanism. The advantage of having a floating plate is, as the pressure increases when either mounting or de-mounting the tyre the plate tightens and ensures their is no movement of the wheel.

Other Features include Twin bead-breaking rollers which enable careful bead breaking on both sides of the wheel at the same time both safely and simply. The turntable has vertical height adjustment which allows ergonomic and convenient handling of a range of different wheel diameters. The G1180.30slim can be fitted with optional extras like the patented TOP inflation that with its powerful and safe inflation, ensures a downward flow of air to inflate even most stubborn of beads. A built-in wheel lift can ensure safe and comfortable loading and unloading of wheels to and from the machine.
