Benefits Of Having A Hand Tool Kit
The hand tool kits come in a durable case, to keep all your tools in one place. Each kit contains the Flat-Flex support guide. This is a detailed maintenance and joining instruction manual, showing all the different joining options for Flat-Flex belts. Also within the guide is a comprehensive troubleshooting guide to help you get the best operational life from your Flat-Flex belt and stop any unnecessary downtime.
What Is A Hand Tool Kit?To keep your Flat-Flex belts in prime condition, our hand tool kits are the ideal item to help you do just that. These kits are only available from us at Wire Belt. To suit the needs of all our customers, we offer three different variations of the Tool Kit.
Our Comprehensive Kit, which is suitable for the full range of Flat-Flex belting, is designed for OEM’s and large end users. From delicate product transfer to heavy duty fryer applications, this kit provides the engineer with all the tools necessary to ensure a safe and consistent join.
We also have a Fine Wire Kit developed for users of fine wire, who have applications such as chocolate enrobing and other confectionery processes. The tools have been specifically selected for robustness and user comfort when working with high tensile music wire belts that are often found in the confectionery industry.
The smallest of our tool kits is called the Compact Kit and it is suitable for applications that use medium to large wire diameters common in the poultry and seafood processing sectors. The combination of pliers and Eddie Wire Straighteners assists the joining process for heavy gauge wire belts, reducing down-time and increasing reliability.
To help you put your new Hand Tool Kit to good use we offer a comprehensive on-site training package for engineering and maintenance teams. This covers belt joining, identifying Flat-Flex belts, conveyor maintenance and causes of metal belt failure as well as how to avoid them.
