Austria-based Hirsch Servo Group, known for its eco-friendly polystyrene insulation, packaging, and technology solutions, is broadening its horizons.
Austria-based Hirsch Servo Group, known for its eco-friendly polystyrene insulation, packaging, and technology solutions, is broadening its horizons. The Group has recently acquired Renostav spol. s.r.o., a Czech plastic injection moulding company located in Zábřeh na Moravě. Renostav, predominantly engaged in producing automotive interior components, is set to enhance Hirsch Servo’s product range and production capabilities.
Harald Kogler, CEO of Hirsch Servo, shared his views on the acquisition, stating, “Securing Renostav marks our foray into injection moulding production. This new area of expertise will empower us to present more varied packaging options to our clients, including high-end injection moulded components for the home appliance sector.”
Renostav, which boasts a team of 35 highly skilled professionals, now operates as a fully owned subsidiary of Hirsch Czech Republic s.r.o. The former owner and managing director, stepping down due to age, has handed over the company. The details of the transaction remain confidential.
Raska Zdenek, having served as a project manager at Hirsch Czech Republic for a year, has been appointed as the new managing director overseeing Hirsch Czech Republic’s five locations, including Renostav.
With its headquarters in Glanegg, Austria, the Hirsch Servo Group now operates an extensive production network across 35 sites in ten countries, employing approximately 1,950 staff members.
