In 1983, Breitner entered into a daring joint venture with the Swiss Endress & Hauser Company, a respected manufacturer of high quality flow meters. This led to a breakthrough and the inception of flow metering technology for the professional container filling business.

LIQUID FILLING MACHINES WITHOUT PART CHANGES
Breitner liquid filling machines are, despite the vast range of container sizes and products they can process, completely free from part changes. This allows format changes within a few minutes, as all format related parameters are stored in the machine control. The simple fluid hydraulic filling machine consists merely of tubing and even surfaces. This allows enable swift and thorough cleaning under real CIP and SIP conditions.

In the rare case that flow metering technology does not suit your requirements, Breitner also supplies high quality piston pump fillers equipped with freely programmable servo driven piston strokes.
CONTAINER CLOSING SOLUTIONS - CAP CLOSING MACHINES AND CAPPERS
Breitner capping machines and cap closing machinery have increased, due to the increasingly demanding container and closure shapes and properties. These can be used for capping and cap closing applications including:
- Simple screw caps or press-on caps for easy to handle plastic container closing
- Irregularly shaped flip-top caps to be aligned with similarly shaped containers
- A variety of dispenser pumps, spray pumps, trigger spray pumps etc., featuring suction pipes of various lengths
- Combining plugs to be inserted during closing
Breitner offers the right capping machine for any conceivable task, and can provide processing speeds of up to 300 containers per minute.
ROTARY CAPPING MACHINE FOR TRIGGER SPRAY PUMPS
Breitner's SRT rotary capping machine is ideal for capping a wide variety of closures featuring trigger spray pumps, suction tubes as well as screw-on and press-on closures.
Pump and trigger spray closures of all types, with suction tubes of any length can be handles. The two freely programmable servo-drives per capping head enable maximum flexibility and versatility.
CONTAINER LABELLING MACHINES - HIGH END LABEL DISPENSER TECHNOLOGY
Independent studies show that products packed in attractive packaging outsell products of equal quality but poorer appearance. A nicely designed label from an effective labelling machine, without wrinkles or air inclusions, precisely in position on your product's packaging, pleases the eye of the buyer and provides a competitive advantage.
To support this success, Breitner offers a range of tremendously accurate labelling machines. These can easily be changed from one label format to another via three crank spindles with a numeric position display. Based on client specifications, label dispensers can be used with dispensing speeds of up to 55m/min to process reels at a diameter of up to 400mm and label lengths of up to 999mm.
