United Distribution Holding (UDH), a leading distributor of premium beer, food, and spirits in Poland, has expanded its footprint at the Warsaw West Park-Pruszków distribution center by adding an additional 2,300 sqm of industrial space. This brings UDH’s total occupied area to approximately 5,500 sqm as of Q3 2024, marking another phase of growth for the company as it continues to strengthen its distribution capabilities across Poland and Central Eastern Europe (CEE).
Operating since 1999, UDH is the exclusive partner for globally recognized brands such as Radeberger, Bitburger, and Estrella Galicia, while also managing the distribution of top names like Staropramen, Miller, Blue Moon, Lvivske, and Berliner Kindl. UDH supplies its extensive network of over 49,000 points of sale throughout Poland, cementing its position as a key player in the CEE distribution market.
UDH's decision to expand under one roof at the Pruszków site ensures continuity in logistics operations without the disruption of relocation or facility reconstruction. This strategic move reduces operational risks, maintains workforce stability, and provides cost efficiency. According to Klaudia Markowska, Senior Advisor for Industrial & Logistics at Axi Immo, the favorable market conditions allowed UDH to take this advantageous step, signaling a strong partnership with the landlord.
Warsaw West Park-Pruszków, located just 23 km from Warsaw’s city center and 25 km from Chopin Airport, offers more than 69,000 sqm of A-class warehouse and office space. The distribution hub features maneuvering yards, ample parking, 24/7 security, and CCTV, catering to tenants from various industries. The facility is owned by a fund managed by AEW, ensuring high-quality logistics solutions for companies like UDH.
With this latest expansion, UDH is well-positioned to continue its growth in the CEE region, further enhancing its distribution network and strengthening partnerships with key distribution partners across Poland and beyond.
