The joint simulation can be completed very quickly, because it is not necessary to back of a bolt or nut. The electro-magnetic joint simulator immediately releases after the job is done. A run-down takes approx. 3 s. Within this time the test stand measures torque, rotational angle and tool speed (rpm). Release torque wrenches (click-wrenches) can be tested on the simulators as well. All readings are displayed on the screen and then analyzed in the powerful CEUS 8.1 software.

	Profiling Machines In the ventilation and heating branche sheets have to be stiffened to avoid vibration. Profiling the material in a Z-shape is the best way to do it. With the Z-profiling machine SZP sheets up to 2500 mm and a thickness of max. 1,5 mm can be stiffened in an easy and cost-effective way. A noiseless gear motor with a capacity of 0,75 kW drives the lower profile rolls and provides the high speed of 20 m/min. The steel frame design guarantees a constant profiling result for the whole working length.

	Universal Vacuum Chamber The Universal Vacuum Chamber has been designed for the use of unfilled, filled und abrasive filled one - and two component materials for sealing, coating, filling and potting. Parts of different size and geometry can be processed, as well as different metering quantities and complex dispensing tasks, whether as single parts or as series. The Universal Vacuum Chamber comprises a XYZ axis system, permitting movements in XYZ-directions of 420 x 320 x 100 mm. So point casting as well as line casting and complicated contours are possible. To optimize casting, the part can be moved during metering and the dispensing speed can be controlled and varied.
