MIG- MAG welder.
Metal Inert Gas welding and Metal Active Gas welding are the most widely used welding processes in the world today. The range of possible uses is especially wide in the case of the versatile MAG process, which is suitable for unalloyed, low-alloy and high-alloy base metals. This makes it ideal for use in both the production field and for repair welding. The MIG process, on the other hand, is used for aluminium and copper materials. All in all, then, a highly versatile welding process.
Resistance welding DeltaSpot
The absolutely innovative feature of this resistance welding process is the circulating process tape, and the almost unbelievable advantages resulting from this: each welding spot is completely reproducible, each point is welded with an effectively unused electrode, the process reliability is unrivalled, there is no surface spatter, and all types of joint are possible, even aluminium with aluminium or steel with aluminium. Different thicknesses, materials, as well as two or more sheets can be reliably joined. After every weld, the process tape moves to its next position. The contact surface therefore always remains clean. The same quality as at the start, weld for weld. Weld for weld a “new” electrode. This makes the quality so completely predictable. The surface of the electrode remains unaffected throughout the entire process.
TIG welder
The main advantage of Tungsten Inert Gas welding is the huge range of different materials that it can be used to weld. These materials can be welded from thicknesses of only 0.6 mm upwards, and include unalloyed and alloyed steels, aluminium, magnesium, copper, grey cast iron, bronze, nickel, silver, titanium, lead and many others beside. The principal area of use is for welding thin and medium thicknesses of material, and for welding root passes on joints with thicker cross-sections.
TransCut is a plasma cutting device
TransCut is a plasma cutting device which does not, as is usual, use compressed air, but rather, a small amount of liquid. This liquid serves as a medium for the high-energy plasma beam, and makes the device lightweight and portable. A 230 V connection or a generator suffice as a power supply. The compact cutting device can be taken anywhere at any time, and is ready for use within a very short time. Cutting with TransCut means “green cutting”. Toxic emissions are greatly reduced, by up to 90 %! This considerably improves the working environment. At the same time, Trans Cut reduces metal sparks and contamination of components. The cutting system cuts steel, chrome/nickel and aluminium. High quality cuts of up to 6 mm are possible.
