Air heater
Function: Generating hot air with max. pressure of 150 mbar. The air will be heated at the outside of the combustion chamber and the pipes by fluegas. The burner is firering in a cylindric chamber. At the end of the chamber the fluegas streams into the pipes and will be cooled countercurrent to the air. Construction: Cylindric chamber to resist the airpressure that is usual for drying processes. The chamber can be dismounted at the frontside for repair .If necessary dismountible caps for cleaning the pipes can be foreseen. Performance: 150 - 5000KW Airstream: max. 60 000 Nm3/h Airtemperature: max. 400°C
Airpreheater
Function: Heatexchanger to preheat burner air with flue gas of thermaloil heaters, annealing furnaces, hardening furnaces, combustion chambers for the treatment of waste air and other burning plants. Construction: Vertical or horizontal pipe-heatexchanger in casing with a compensator for elongation. The fluegas is in the pipes. After demounting the coverplate at the top it is possible to clean the pipes by brushes. To avoid elongationdifferences by temperature the air streams in two or more ways around the pipes. If heavyoil will burned a special design avoids the condensate of sulfuracid. Performance: 100 - 5000 KW Airstream: max. 20 000 Nm3/h Fluegastemperature at entrance: max. 600°C

Lead Screws
Lead screws are distinguished from other forms of linear transmission systems mainly by their reproducibility, their non-slip properties, high resolution and low installation dimensions. The precision of a transmission system depends largely on the quality of the drive screw and its nut. And it is the correct and accurate operation of the transmission system which is usually decisive in determining the quality of the end product. Which is why the production of a screw and nut assembly is something best left to the experts. Lead Screws from Feinmess Suhl are: High efficiency Linearity Consistent torque Long service life STEINMEYER and FEINMESS Suhl have gained a name as producer of high quality micrometers. We use the same multiple tried and tested principles in the production of our precision lead screws for mechanical and equipment engineering applications.
Manual Positioning Systems
In addition to the traditional metrology, we opened up a new market that does not directly deal with metrology: If high-precision, smooth, and exact motion is concerned, the use of our, manual positioning systems, and linear positioners is indispensable.
Micrometer Heads
Do you need extremely sensitive or specially dimensioned linear positioning? From the variety of our micrometer heads, you will easily find a unit with the functional and optical characteristics that match your design. Use Feinmess Suhl micrometer heads to adjust and position tables, stoppers, or other components in machines and devices
precision gages
Complex products consists of components that have to interact smoothly. The compliance with the required manufacturing tolerances is an important prerequisite for proper functioning. Even today, a lot of measurements are still effected by hand. In most of these cases, turned, milled, or ground parts, screws or pins are concerned. Feinmess Suhl offers a wide range of reliable and easy-to-operate measuring devices.
precision measuring systems.
Rationalizing measurements is one of today's main demands in industry. Feinmess Suhl develops and manufactures measuring units for the inspection and calibration of gauges and measuring equipment. The combination of precision mechanical components with electronic and optical systems as well as innovative system designs resulted in the development of a product family that comprises both fully and semi-automatic measuring stations for dial gauges.

The RB3 section bending machine is suitable for the widest variety of bending tasks for individual parts and series. Special solutions for the widest variety of bending tasks, whether bending is to be performed two or three-dimensionally or with an alternating bending direction, expand the area of application of the RB3 section bending machine and make it probably one of the most powerful section bending machines in the world. Solutions for the widest variety of bending tasks and jobs are successfully in use worldwide. Areas of application include: - Metal construction, staircase construction, handrail construction, metalworking - General mechanical engineering - Conveyor equipment, plant construction, pipeline construction - Façade construction, conservatory construction and swimming pool roofs - Contract bending companies, bending services - Vehicle construction, bus construction, wagon construction, bending of cab frames - Furniture construction Features Three individually driven rollers Shaft diameter 65 mm / shaft length 200 mm (optionally up to 400 mm) Bending power 7.5 kW / speed 0 – 16 rpm, infinitely adjustable Variable axle spacing, adjustable from 380 – 1,100 mm Max. X-axis travel 250 mm Machine is mobile and can be rotated Available with manual, NC or CNC controller
RB3-L section bending machine
The RB3-L section bending machine offers high bending power but at the same time compact dimensions. The three single, hydraulically-driven rollers of the section bending machine guarantee high bending power. Even in the first rolling pass, very small bending radii can be achieved without the milling rollers slipping. Smooth rollers (without fluting) or plastic milling rollers can be used. In this way damage to the frame is avoided. The section bending machine’s variable axle spacing enables it to be set up optimally for the frame which is to be bent. Excess pressing forces on the frame are avoided and optimum arch quality is achieved. The RB3-L section bending machine is optionally available with a manual controller with digital display, NC line motion controller or CNC continuous path controller. The optionally available radius measurement and control system guarantees previous unattainable productivity and precision in the manufacture of bent frames for indoor swimming pools, greenhouses or other roofs made of light metal frame. The areas of application of the RB3-L section bending machine include: - Metal construction, metalworking and general mechanical engineering - Manufacture of roofs for greenhouses, swimming pools and conservatories - Advertising equipment, illuminated hoardings, furniture industry Features Three individually driven rollers Shaft diameter 65 mm / shaft length 160 mm Bending power 5.5 kW / speed 0 – 16 rpm, infinitely adjustable Variable axle spacing, adjustable from 330 – 600 mm Max. LASER CUTTING MACHINE
The use of linear motor technology, combined with high-stiffness structures, guarantees excellent performance, high speeds and maximum accelerations of the horizontal axes (300 m/min and 3 g interpolated). It also provides for enhanced precise positioning, as well as rapid changes of direction. This enhanced combination of technologies offers in particular the possibility of using the maximum cutting speed for curved cutting paths, without the loss of cutting precision. These high-yield linear motors guarantee reliability and precision, in the absence of mechanical wear and play, increasing the strength and reliability over the life of the machine, thereby drastically reducing maintenance time and work. Moreover, the use of controls with recovery of the braking energy reduces the consumption of electricity until 30% and reduces the operating costs of the machine. Gasparini has chosen to use a geometrical configuration with an auxiliary axis to control beam length compensation: it is a reliable solution which ensures exceptional consistency of the cutting characteristics across the full working area of the machine. The system is based on a structure designed with high stability, thanks to the use of welded steel structures, thermally stabilised and processed in a single session.
